If a piece isn't right in your home, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We'll collect it for free — no forms, no restocking fee, no questions.

How it works:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (WhatsApp or Contact page) with your order number.
2. We schedule a free collection.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 business days of collection.

The one condition: the piece comes back in the condition we delivered it — no damage beyond normal handling.

Custom pieces: customized pieces (non-standard dimensions or colors) are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty. Standard-spec pieces are always covered.

Arrived damaged? Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll repair or replace it — your choice, no cost.
