How long does delivery take?

6 days from order, anywhere in the UAE — free, including assembly. Custom colors or sizes usually take 10 days; fully bespoke pieces around 2 weeks.

Do you really assemble it too?

Yes. Our own team delivers, assembles, and removes the packaging.

Can I customize a piece?

Yes — dimensions and colors on most pieces. Use the WhatsApp button on any product page and tell us what you need.

What is microcement?

A hand-applied cement-based finish — seamless, sculptural, and durable. Each piece is finished by hand in our atelier, so no two are exactly alike.

How do I care for microcement / wood?

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and standing water.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — buy now, pay later with Tabby or Tamara. You'll see both options at checkout.

What if I don't like it once it's in my home?

7-day free returns on standard pieces, no questions asked. We collect for free. Customized pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned unless faulty.

Is there a warranty?

1 year on every piece, covering manufacturing and structural defects.

Can I see the pieces before buying?

Yes — visit our atelier, Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. Address on the Contact page.
