Warranty

Every piece is covered for 1 year.

We design and build everything ourselves, so we stand behind the work. Your warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects for one year from delivery:

– Frame and joinery integrity
– Microcement surface defects (cracking or delamination not caused by impact)
– Hardware and moving parts
– Finish defects present at delivery

Not covered: normal wear, damage from misuse or accidents, stains, exposure to direct sun or moisture beyond normal home conditions, and the natural variation that comes with handmade materials — no two microcement finishes or wood grains are identical, and that's the point.

To make a claim: send your order number and photos via the Contact page. If it's a defect, we repair it — and if we can't repair it, we replace it.
